A note regarding
shipping. Domestic shipping and handing is $5 plus $1 each for books, CDs, and car sides to a maximum of $10 per order. Foreign buyers: We have no way to calculate postage on the website. The United States Postal Service no longer offers a surface shipping option: Everything is shipped air mail. The rates for this service start at 30.00 US and increases rapidly from there. Please email the business manager at sfrhandms@mindspring.com before placing an international order for more than two books for a shipping cost estimate prior to placing an order. Credit card foreign orders will be billed twice, once for the items and once for the postage surcharge.
